Dear Thatha,

From being a child to being an adult,
We had a wise person to guide us
While not many children have met their grandparents,
We had an amazing grandfather to love us.

So many memories are stacked up in our minds
The times we shared with you are now treasures
From the days you took us to a movie,
Or the days you bought us fast food.

You were the only one to pamper us so much,
From clothes and accessories
To mobile phones and gold
You bought us anything our parents wouldn't let.

You were our sole inspiration in life
The one who thought us the difference between the right and the wrong
You were the epitome of hard work to us
The driving force to our success.

There has not been a single person in this world
With whom we have not shared your life story
We are proud of you, Thatha
For all that you have been throughout your life.

You're gone and we miss you,
But we are always there to love you
Through the moon and the stars
We will always stay in touch with you.
